Where We Work

Young people live in typical suburban homes across Victoria, each within a cluster of five homes. In its ideal form, a cluster is made up of four Live in Care Program homes, delivering the Lighthouse Therapeutic Family Model of Care Program (TFMC) , and one Adult Community Transition Program (ACT).

North West Cluster comprises homes at

East Malvern

South East Cluster comprises homes at

Boronia

Heathmont (young Mothers and Babies Program)

Clayton

Springvale

Cheltenham (ACT Program)

The Aftercare and Outreach Programs are delivered at the Youth Resource and Administration Centre at 13 Adolph Street, Richmond VIC 3121
