Employment Opportunities
Lighthouse provides supported accommodation, for young people aged 15 to 22 years, in a 'Therapeutic Family’ Model of Care. Each young person has an Individual Development Plan, tailored to guide them towards independent living. The therapeutic process is supported by the psychological wellness team from the
Richmond admin and resource centre and in the various homes, by specialized carers. The full time carer roles are residential and support carer roles. Part time positions may be residential or live out. Our recruitment process is ongoing as we are developing the capacity of our program.
